The Pacific County Sheriffs Department says this morning that they have made an arrest in a sexual assault case that dates back to September 1, 2024, where the original case started in December 2024.

The Pacific County Sheriff's Office has arrested a suspect following an investigation into a reported sexual assault that allegedly Occurred September 1, 2024.

The investigation began on December 19, 2024, when the Sheriff's Office received a report of an alleged sex offense. The report indicated that the suspect had allegedly drugged the victim and then inappropriately touched them..

The victim reported experiencing symptoms including a severe headache, nausea, body aches, and an inability to move their limbs. The victim further alleged that the suspect sexually assaulted them while they were incapacitated.

Detectives from the Pacific County Sheriff's Office located the suspect in Puyallup, WA, where they conducted an interview and subsequently took him into custody for Assault in the Second Degree with sexual motivation.

The suspect was taken into custody on April 30, 2025, and booked into the Pacific County Jail. As of May 2nd, when this press release was issued, no persons are listed in the jail roster with an April 30th booking, nor are there any persons in the Pac County Jail for sexual assault.  T
